Job Summary: As a Bilingual Customer Care Service Associate, you will receive inbound calls from customers with concerns related to telecommunications, internet and/or cable/satellite services. You must be willing to help the customers resolve their issues by being empathetic as well as a great listener. You are expected to provide them with outstanding world-class customer service. Primary Responsabilties: · Provide customers with exceptional service during each interaction. · When necessary, you must be able to retain customers to create a long-term relationship with the service or product. · Address customer concerns and/or provide solutions via phone in a timely manner. · Up-sell products and services as required. · Adhere to all company guidelines regarding the delivery of service and support. · Maintain an excellent on-time attendance record (schedule adherence). · Properly document each customer interaction according to company standard operating procedures. · Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policies and Procedures. · Go beyond customer expectation and predict their future needs.
